- Due diligence and master plan consulting for 150 acre purchase adding onto Duke Realty's highly successful office park.
- Evaluated existing pump station capacity and various alternatives for sewer capacity throughout park development. Designed force main relocation and sewer extension plan.
- Designed public road extension through park with dual lane roundabout.
- Extensive earthwork analysis, including rock excavation estimates.

- Site plan and construction drawings for three buildings on RTI's RTP campus totaling over 300,000 sf.
- Parking for two of the buildings were primarily located in parking structures.

- Zoning compliance, zoning variance, and construction documents for Luxury Apartment development in Historic Brewery District, Downtown Columbus.
- Prior pipe manufacturing brownfield site with contaminated soil.
- Provided construction observation services for monitoring contractors earthwork operations.
- Project required in-situ relining of century old 66” sanitary sewer traversing the site.
- Obtained state building code variance to place waterlines under the building.
